HHJR Construction LTD., founded in 1972, is a minority-owned and driven construction company.
Accurate Enterprises was formed on October 21, 1977, and in 1984 was incorporated as HHJR Construction Ltd. We are 100% minority owned and operated. We have also been certified by New York State Department of Transportation as a (DBE), New York City Department of Small Business Services as a (MBE), Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), New York State Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), the County of Nassau Office of Minority Affairs, Home Improvement Contractor License for Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
